Dubai World Expo 2020 pt3

Park break! There were several playgrounds with very creative and artistic touches. The girls could've stayed for hours if they'd had friends.

Ignore the silly smile and think about the Red-red and plantains and the Oyster Mushroom Burger Sam and I shared. The African food pavillion had to be the best food at the Expo. I don't know if that's true but if I went back I would be willing to assume that it is and eat there again. Several members of the family would order Elise's simple meal of black-eye pea hummus and plantain chips. She LOVED it and we all wished we could share.
Matt got some Ostrich Burgers. Ya. Not much I can say about that.
I will expound on this girl and say she LOVED her flatbread, even if she did pull off most of the delicious looking onions. She loved the Expo and really wants to go back. She had a great weekend in Dubai.
Matt really wanted to go up the rising Gardens. It was an amazing view of the Expo. While we were waiting in line we saw Riverdance was performing and were super sad we hadn't known so we could go and watch. What we saw of it was stunning!

There were water filling stations were artistically hidden throughout the park.
The water feature was incredibly beautiful. You can see the rising gardens in the back of this photo. It was really hard to leave even though we were so tired at this point.
I think this was UK. There were words/short phrases on each of those rectangles. Not sure what that was all about and we didn't have time to find out.
