Just Another Day at the Stecherbush

Just for the record, sometimes we do chores. Many, many days we just have normal life skills going on. Things like cooking and making beds, cleaning up paddle boards, washing clothes etc etc. We just try to make it as minimal as possible and thanks to Virginia we get away with it. I need to post a picture of Virginia, but she was unfortunately sick, out with COVID for the first two weeks of the year. We had to fend for ourselves which sounds totally doable until you're here living my life. There are all tile floors and dust, there are 7 bathrooms to clean. Things just take longer here. I've only just started a list at why life just takes longer here. I'll keep you posted.

We had some very thoughtful Christmas gifts sent. We had the hot air balloon ride c/o Grandma and Grandpa(they helped with the cost), we had Aunt Ashley's sweet angel ornament and fruit snacks which were a big hit. Aunt Dorothy and family sent some Christmas sticker books and treats. The Christens sent Starbursts and nail kids and other handmade sweetness. We felt very loved. Now if only my Christmas cards would arrive. I'm pretty devastated that they disappeared.
She finally learned and was so proud.
We were pretty darn excited to find out the pool was heated. The girls love diving for coins.
