BYU Cougars!

Brigham finally got to attend BYU's swim camp. I've wanted him to go for a couple of years and he was really looking forward to it. We had a little campus tour together and then I dropped him off at the Tanner building for his orientation.
After I dropped him off, I grabbed some lunch and set off to find my sister's grave which I had never visited. I needed some guidance from Ashley but I was amazed at how the memories flooded me from her funeral. i didn't feel like my memories of her were as clear so I sat there and read what texts and emails I had from her. It did bring back some memories.
Tuesday it was the girl's turn for sports camp. They were so excited for gymnastics camp but Sennia really seemed to feel nervous and out of place every single day. Elise on the other hand, hadn't wanted to go but she actually seemed perfectly comfortable after her first day and soooo excited.
The girls got out of camp 4 hrs before Brigham did so we had lunch, ran errands, had dentist appointments and went to the Bean museum. I loved the exhibit by Pres. Ballard. He was a talented artist and his early work did remind me of Eli's.

Eli doesn't usually paint his carvings, but he has done a cougar that reminds me of this one.
Of course we had to take the photo of beetles for Samuel.

I took Ethne and Alena one day to do lots of shopping while the kids were at camp. Alena and Ethne spent a lot of time in Hobby Lobby and fought over the front seat. I took everyone to Mod's for lunch-or knock of Mods anyway.
The girls really loved their gymnastics coaches but Elise was especially star struck over Sarah who was SOOOOOooo nice.
This is the face of a boy who won high point winner for the 12 and under age group. He'd played things off all week saying there were a lot of fast swimmers so I was really happy for him that he did so well.
Last day of camp for both of them. They would love to do this again.
